EXHIBITION HOURS

Sunday May 22 at 12.00-18.00 (booth decoration for exhibitors only)
Monday May 23 at 8.00-18.00 (official opening at 10.15)
Tuesday May 24 at 9.00-18.00
Wednesday May 25 at 9.00-16.00 (booth dismantling 16.00-22.00)
Thursday May 26 - Finlandia Hall closed!

Please note that this in not an open exhibition. All visitors and exhibitors must register!

HEADBOARD

The stand package includes the headboard with logo OR text. The text will automatically be black Helvetica medium. Additional orders:

multiple prints of the same logo 17,50 eur / print (+ VAT 23%)
additional logo OR text 30,00 eur (+ VAT 23%)

The name can be submitted by e-mail and the logo as vector graphics (pms colors) to pia.masseli@wsexpogroup.fi

BOOTH SET-UP

The booths will be ready for decoration on Sunday at 14.00-22.00. At this time only the exhibitors will be allowed to the the exhibition area. The exhibition will open to the participants on Monday.

BOOTH DISMANTLING

The booths must be cleared right after the closing ceremony on Wednesday at 16.00-22.00. Finlandia Hall will be closed on Thursday.
