Extra copies of material

It is possible to buy an extra set of material including the abstract book + USB-memorycard. The cost for the package is 35 eur + postage as follows:

Poster presentations

• Poster will be dispalyed in the entrance hall on May 23-25 (Monday-Wednesday)
• Max. size of the poster (portrait orientation): 1170 mm x 1700 mm, e.g. paper size A0 fits well to the poster board
• You may ship your poster beforehand, see the logistics information here. Remember to label your poster "POSTER + id-numer". Note: no shipping directly to Finlandia Hall.

Oral presentations

• Length of presentation 15 min (incl. questions)
• Do not send your presentation slides beforehand! There is a specific area for the speakers to upload their presentations.
• There is a computer in each lecture room. You can aslo use your own computer for the presentation.
• MAC-users: please take an adapter for the data projector.

Video recording

Again this year at an ITA World Tunnel Congress in Helsinki, there is the opportunity to have your conference presentation video recorded and supplied as raw footage for your own further editing, or as an edited package suitable for loading to websites.

The service is offered by Black Swan Video Productions, a daughter company of the ITA-WTC 2011 official web-media partner TunnelTalk. All necessary permissions have been granted by the ITA-AITES Executive and the WTC organisers as well as the venue operators.

Recorded presentations can be used for so many different purposes. The most essential step is to capture the initial presentation. Copyright of the end product belongs to you and your co-authors. Uses of the recordings thereafter are for your planning and preference.
